One time each month at The Grove we host what we call Leadership Community. We’ve been doing these since August and the point of it is for leaders in our church to gather and talk about leadership, grow together and talk about what God is doing through The Grove.

One of the REALLY important things we do each month is we award what is called ‘The Golden Grove’ award. We give this to the leader who works hard to live out our vision and values each month.

The last few months we have had a very tough time figuring out who to give the award to as we’ve had so many people working so hard and focusing on living out the vision God’s given us to Love God, Love People and Leave No Doubt that following Jesus is the best way to live.

Today was our Leadership Community gathering for February and Shana Biggs was the winner of the award, which got her a cool little home made trophy and a $25 Amazon.com gift card. Go Shana!!

We have so many amazing people at The Grove who work so hard, and I’m thankful for all of them.
